[Lowfer] what is it

Hi Gang  

for some time now I have been noticing a signal at 133.171 and have been
passing
it off as a local thing. However it comes and goes and tonight is on .
Just checked with 
Dick WA3USG about 30 miles north of me 
I am in York Pa.

have noticed it during the day but much weaker .. stronger at night

Dick hears it as well. 

This is a strong signal and is over S9 at both of our locations ,, South
Central Pa.

anyone else hear it   ??
