Well my guesstimation was even on the low side. You could add turns I 
suppose as long as the shields are handled properly. The .07uf capacitor may 
not be that difficult to handle unless you need to have the capability to 
tune a portion of the band. Why not use polystyrene caps in parallel to 
reach .07uf?
