I wish you lived a bit closer -- I have two or three computers here that I'd
love to have someone cart away. Almost any old beater PC will run a DOS
beacon keyer program like the one on my web page. But a better solution is
the K-ID identifier chip from www.k1el.com. You can specify 8 different
messages, which can have a mix of straight CW, QRSS6 and QRSS60 speeds. At 8
bucks postpaid in the US, the K-ID keyer is pretty hard to beat for
simplicity and cost.
