[Lowfer] "AH" back on 1694.7 CW tonight.

After testing the MEDfer antenna on 160M and finding it put out a signal, 
it's back on 1694.7.  Unfortuately, I can't get QRSS to work with my Fujitsu 
Lifebook computer because there is neither DTR voltage for push to talk nor 
keying voltage being supplied.  My wife has the same make and model computer 
that IS supplying voltage and keying the transmitter with the QRSS software.  
Does anyone know how to fix this problem  (no- I don't want a hit man!)
