LowFERs,

As per my interest in chicken wire for LF grounds, it was suggested I
ask super LowFER Bill Cantrell (ex-TEXAS) for a word. I did.

Bill said it is useful, "adding 6dB" to signal level, and ref'd. to a
LowDown article.
