[Lowfer] IDing my signal on Mitch's captures...

After studying Archie's ARGO captures and seeing the exact difference in
frequency between LEK and WE, I looked at Mitch's captures from September
27th and definitely identified my signal on his captures. That was with
nearly half the loop current that I now have. Bill and I came up with a
little scheme to get a bit more efficiency out of my loop. I'll implement
that this weekend. In the mean time, "WE" will keep pounding out a signal in
high hopes of actually being received on skywave somewhere far away.
