Mike R: Can you run your test on the wire for 1500v breakdown at 136k? If
so, how about testing at room temperature, then at approx 120F? I can do
this, but not right away.

That's what everyone said about placing the same type of wire on the tops of
trees at the 1W level. Kinda glad I didn't pay attention! <G> I'll see what
the leakage current is to ground for my pipe loop when I place 1500 volts on
it. The Insulation on the wire may not be needed.
