This experiment is supposed to show that the ground loss falls off to near 0
when the loop is elevated to heights close to the loop diameter. The Rac for
the loop, without ground loss, calculates to .05 ohm and should be
comparable, signal wise, to a 50'x50' loop with #12 wire. I wasn't even
thinking about the rotatable aspect!
