Thanks Dex. This antenna is again doing a good job for local noise immunity 
but I'm only seeing a signal at 185.2995 that looks anything like a Lowfer, 
but that has now faded out. DIW is rather weak, so far tonight. Copied TH 
earlier.

The loop comparison is still in process. Earlier I found there was a 
significant buzz in the E/W direction that I don't hear on the tree probe. 
Pointing the loop south tuned it out. It's in the shop at the moment drying 
out and getting fit with a new tuning capacitor and a clean-up of the output 
connector. Could be that TX loop is broadcasting the noise to the RX loop. 
Will disconnect as a test.
