	I had a good experience with So Cal Edison about 20 years ago. 
Horrible "power leak" sprang up overnight and took out everything from
VLF up into the BC band.  I got hold of a guy at SCE who promised to do
something about it.  He called me the next day to say that they'd found
a distribution transformer with a bad bushing and replaced it. Noise
went away and has stayed until this day!  (Knock on wood, of course.)
