Part-15 as far as Lowfers go is from 160kc to 190kc. Yes you can use a
transmit loop anywhere in this band. Loopers are also welcome in the Looper
band that starts at 185.3kc or slightly lower. I run 185.3026kc. Check
www.lwca.org for the Lowfer frequency list. It is up to date each day if
John is in town and he gets the updates emailed to him.
