[Lowfer] "CO" on 187.591 and captured in MN

It looks like the reflector's back?!   Thanks to Lyle for being the first to 
capture my signal and get an accurate frequency reading for CO.  His Argo 
screenshot can be seen at-

The CO beacon will be on tonight and Friday night, but then my modified 
Hytower will be demodified for the ARRL SS Saturday/Sunday.  I'll be in 
Lowfer receive mode Sunday night and CO will return to the air Monday night.
