[Lowfer] BRO captured last night in Colorado

Two captures at 10:25 and 10:55 UTC.  Not very satisfying though, because 
there was some kind of interference and because my 60 second dot capture 
doesn't have more than parts of two letters on the waterfall at a time. IP 
has been strongerv than XSR almost every night.  I continue to get bits and 
pieces from VD's frequency, but still nothing definitive. I may turn the CO 
beacon off when nature calls about 3 AM and try to capture RM tonight.
