[Lowfer] Frequency Calibration

John : I was under the impression that it gave me 800 hz, but am not sure.
Also calibrated on
	CBK am 540 khz when I worked for the CBC we had to keep the carrier
within 2hz. I was confused 	when YQ (305) showed up 5 hz high and
YIV(300) showed up higher than that.
	So what should WWWVB display in Argo/Spectran ??

If you tune the receiver to 60 kHz and run Argo in the 3 sec/dot mode, what
audio frequency does Argo report?
