Ok here is what I captured early this morning.

The 60s dot captures show things a little better.
Use you own imaginations to figure out the bandplan!
To me it appears IP is below and real close to WA.
IPp signal was not as strong as the night before.

TMO(IP) is actually using NC to launch his signal up the band!

A new LOWFER technique that I believe has never before been attempted?
By using this new launching technique his signal strength is much stronger now!
