This should be an improvement in power control - maybe freq stability too=
. So what about the input power? Should have to ad a turn to the primary =
of the xformer to account for the increase in Vcc. Remember, the DC input=
 power is totally dependent on the AC load you put on the transmitter.  T=
herefore there is no such thing as a 1W transmitter unless the resistive =
load is specified (and it sure is not 50 ohms in this case). Recommend us=
ing a Vcc up to the max - maybe 24vdc. That would require ~doubling the p=
rimary turns to hold the power to 1W. =20
