[Lowfer] Overnight nov4 with PI

Good day:
Local noise until midnight prevented any activity here.
However, once things quieted down - all was revealed
and signals appeared.  Nice DFCW from TAG again.
Capture of P I slowly creeping up and over WA.
I had been observing P I for past three days, right
through daylight hours - but had though it was a PLC
drifting - with that strange upward drift and had ignored !
Will check over the day today - and see just how long the
signals stays in here.
