[Lowfer] rld back on for the season 185.5377 khz

RLD is back on the air for the '02-'03 season.  This year I have a tower so 
I used it to support the antenna.  The antenna is no more than 10 feet off 
of the side of the tower and I am using a drooping tophat again this year.  
The ground plane consist of 25 or so 120 foot radials.  I am curious how 
much of a problem the tower will be since it is so close to the radiator and 
tophat wires as well.  There have been no radical changes in resonance of 
the antenna even with me oscillating the whole antenna as I would expect 
with it being so close to a conductive object.  It turns my touch lamp on 
and off though so if that's any indication of the performance then maybe its 
doing alright.  Any reports will be appreciated.  It is on 185.5377 khz 
according to w4dex and running qrss30.
