Ralph suggested a heater as well. It would work with DC power for those
nights of receiving. I have plenty of power supplies to heat a resistor up.

We had the same problem with flight simulators when I was in the AF in GA.
Water would condense everywhere - very bad for hi-voltage equipment. We
wound up putting big Ohmite 225W resistors at the bottom of each cabinet,
and adjusted the power to keep the racks at about 100 degF. We left them on
24/7 and got rid of the problem. Could do the same in a small utility box -
would probably only need 2 - 3 watts?
