Here are two shots from this morning.

I'm guessing that your TX is on the hairy edge of "taking off" -
sometimes it's stable and other times it goes off into never never land.
That would explain the intermittant appearance of the signal over the
last few days. I think that if you can get it stable there should be no
problem for me to see it at all times - except for maybe noisier summer
nights!

This morning the frequency has drifted down some and crossed through
where WA normally is located. Either you or Bill should think about
QSYing a bit.
