[Lowfer] BZS on tonight 189.9 QRSS0

I am moving BZS up a bit in the band to experiment with a higher
frequency using my setup.  BZS is on running:

     QRSS30 at 189.900kHz + or - 1Hz

I'm hoping to get out this year, and November 1st will be my official
start of the Lowfer season.  All reports are welcome. :-)
