[Lowfer] LowFER Speaker Wanted by Ham Club

We received a message at the LW Message Board this evening that I believe
deserves to be passed along here as well.

Rich Stiebel ( [email protected] ) wrote:  "Our radio club is looking for
someone knowledgeable in Lowfering as a speaker for a meeting later this
year.  If you know anyone in the San Francisco (CA) Bay Area who is into
Lowfering who might be willing to give a talk on longwave communications &
beacons, please let me know. {snip}  Especially with the new FCC proposed
136 kHz ham band, our ARRL affiliated club would welcome learning about
Lowfering.   Please let me know if you have any leads."

I passed along to Rich some specific contact information that he asked for,
and if you have any additional ideas for him, please e-mail him directly.
