[Lowfer] VA and WA very strong in Ontario

Thanks Mitch,

Last year at this time we were all on the HiFer kick and could have missed 
this L^3E (late lowfer loop excitement). Not to diminish the fun that 
HiFering turned out to be, of course. John: go home and get that loop 
pumping!

WA may be off for a few hours tonight from maybe 6:30 to 9:00 to re-tin the 
Litz wire per the Jim Moritz method.
