[Lowfer] Need Updates for Lowfer, Medfer, and Hifer beacon status

Need to do a long overdue update of both the LWCA and Noise Floor sites
listing all active beacons. I know that many are off for the summer, but=
 others
continue to experiment. Please take a moment to check your listings at:

Then use the EZ Beacon Updater to quickly let all know what your
current status is. I'll do another major update in late August to
get ready for the new season.
