[Lowfer] LEK in QRSS 60 mode

Mike, the Epson oscillator-based LowFER transmitter in my "solderless"
construction article is about as disposable as you can get. Adding the K-ID
keyer chip shown in the HiFER transmitter circuit (in the same article)
would make it completely self-contained. The article is at

LEK has a shunt inductor across the transmitter output terminals, partly for
impedance matching and partly to provide a low-impedance DC path for
lightning protection. There's also a metal-oxide-varistor (MOV) transient
suppressor in parallel with the inductor. So far that has kept the
transmitter from frying during the past several summers. LEK remained on the
air during today's thunderboomers, but I disconnected the notebook computer
that was providing the QRSS keying. If things quiet down, I'll switch back
to QRSS mode this evening.
