[Lowfer] LEK in QRSS 60 mode

John Andrews reports no copy on LEK last night. Our weather forecast
continues wet for at least another day, after which my antenna may dry out
and the current should return to summer normal -- whatever that is.
Unfortunately the weather system that has produced rain and thundershowers
here will probably drift toward the east, so there will be no relief from
the QRN for a while. I'll leave LEK in QRSS 60 mode for several more days
and see what happens.
