Mike,

In my experience, the LW MAX rarely transmits exactly on the
frequency displayed on the screen...but it's usually off
by a hz or two...also it does vary.

It sounds like you may have a problem with that card. Try
the usual fixes, reboot, reseat the card, etc. Also I suggest
connecting the card into a dummy load to insure
that your antenna system is not contributing to the problem.

If the problem persists, contact Marko at PCS Electronics...
he's tops on customer service.

BTW, we tested the card using Windows 2000, so I doubt
that is the problem.
