[Lowfer] "WE" on 185.303kc right now...

My Lowfer beacon is active right now on 185.303kc using anything from a
constant 1mw carrier to QRSS-6 from the LW-MAX. I don't have my keyer cable
built for the computer yet, but I will let the LW-MAX run over night if all
goes well tonight. My loop is pointed SSE/NNW. Static is very bad here
tonight, so I don't expect too much for receptions tonight. Please keep
trying.
