thats it I believe it is associated with DGPS and is just on within the
last month
saw a ref from the folks that hold a test license for 160 Khz

If I hear anything from them will cross post. I believe it is a KW into a
30 Ft antenna
but not sure. pretty loud isn't it    HAR
