[Lowfer] presets for Windows Volume Control panel

Reading the latest issue of PC Magazine (May 21) tonight , they're offering
a free utility program called VolumeSet that allows you to save multiple
profiles for your Volume Control panel in Windows. You can then switch
between them at will.  I haven't tried it yet, but this looks like it would
be handy for switching your settings for ARGO,  PSK31, WOLF, speech
recognition, etc. You select the name for each profile. Works with Windows
9X, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, and XP.   You can download it free from
