[Lowfer] RD ident

Hello, All!

This is I am sure a real 'newbie' question.

I have just built and am trying out the AMRAD upconverter from the April
QST, which I am using with my FT1000 as IF from 4.0 to 4.5 MHz.

With a 50 foot indoor longwire I am hearing a CW (A2) station at 355 KHz,
that constantly ID's as 'RD'.

Does anyone have any details on power, location, etc for this station?

I haven't been able to find it via web searches.

I have a lot of noise here and am not hearing much else yet.

I am also building the active antenna from QST, but haven't done the copper
metal working for that yet.

When I get that done I'll need to work on eliminating the noises, too.
