[Lowfer] ARGO for WA/VD/TAG march 18

Hello all:
Average to middlin' conditions last night/this morning so signals
not particularly solid. However, they lasted through the hours
between midnight and 6am - and include something very similar to
the TAG signal - right on frequency. Clearly not identifiable by
letter - but the appearance of the shape is there.
