Hi All,
I am just now curious about the IDs LowFERs use for their beacons.
Never thought about it before, but are there any restrictions? Seems
there might be, as per Jon's site descriptions on Part 15 operations.

After reading some of the above, I wonder if conflicts to, say, a NDB
having identical call sign have occurred and then what? Is any
forethought given in this regard to the self-selection of a Part 15
station ID? Oh, I'm sure no issue would result if a "LF" in CA, one in
FL and another in Quebec, for example. But does anyone monitor/advise
about LF "handles"?
Longtimers: Remember any unusual IDs? long/short length, content?
I'm familiar w/ Bob Roehrig's T. But wait, er, was that M? or O? or
maybe digit 0? Ha, who can be sure in QRSS.
