I'm located 25 miles east of Charlotte, NC.  Grid is EM95tg. 
Coordinates are:

35 15 22  x  80 22 48

If you are in EM50wq the BD program shows the path to be 548.803 miles,
883.213 km.  If you know your exact coordinates I can plug that into the
program for a more exact distance.
