[Lowfer] TAG Sending plain old CW

Nothing audible in the speaker or the receiver or processing with SPECTRAN
but the signal trace is defiantly there.  On the other hand, TH in NJ is
much stronger and audible via SPECTRAN processing.  Some water got into my
preamp during the last storm so it may get better when I dry it all out.
