[Lowfer] Soil conductivity change

Jay and group,

After returning home and switching to the regular E/W loop late last night I 
found the input current exactly the same as it was on Friday (which had been 
gradually climbing toward the end of last week due to the lack of rain). 
Today, with all the wind and dryer air, the current jumped up another 10% 
and I'm back to the old number.
