I left my receiver running on 13555.45 kHz this morning, and the computer is
posting Spectran screen shots every 5 minutes to:

On the screen, 800 Hz corresponds to 13555.450 kHz. This means that the band
from 13555.300 to 13555.600 is visible, which should include several Hifers.
The setup is optimized for QRSS3. Note that you will see a faint "ghost"
signal from TAG, which is sending QRSS30 down on 185.302.

I'll leave this up until tonight, or until the FTP access croaks and the
screen capture program locks up. Who knows which will happen first!
