John - Thanks for both the report and the frequency check.

I had made a quick check on ARGO when copying you and Gilles. And there
was a nice signal just below you. Now, based on the two frequency checks
I took a few moments - checked the spectrum a little better - and found
the main signal at 473 (474) as noted by you and Jay. The signal that I
had observed was a spur - and noticeable weaker after I had found the
main signal.
Will be informing PART15 an LES tonight.

I will list is as 13555.473 because it drifts vary slowly a few Hz lower
from "turn-on", and seems to settle lower.
I also have a  QRSS60 ID chip..... but will stick with the QRSS3.
