RY was definitely on 13555.370 when I left it on Sunday. I make no
guarantees about stability, though. I'm going to try some daytime captures
from home and see if it shows up at all. I am about 130 miles from the RY
site, and the signal usually skips right over my head. Occasionally, I can
get a few minutes of copy, though. I'll verify the frequency if conditions
permit.
