Haven't opened the reference file so far, but beware of running hand
pad cutters at high speed. Vector makes one which works when turned
very slowly, but which goes west really fast when run in a drill press.
That glass epoxy board is really tough on steel, and the cutting edge
heats up, softens, and becomes dull almost instantly. There's a reason
PC board drills are made of carbide!
