LowFERs, all,

It was hamfest time last weekend and Sunday found me at the big
Princeton, IL, hamfest, always a fun place to go--mostly. It rained. The
rain started mid-morning. Ha, Saturday hit 90 and very dry--much cooler
Sunday. The boys out-of-doors were packing it up at 10 AM, while those
inside the few buildings kept on going. Guess were the bargains usually
are?

I found a "wire guy" who had spools of mag wire, ladder line, hard
drawn antenna wire and Dacron guying line. I asked about Teflon covered
wire and he said he has it but doesn't bring it to shows for lack of
interest. Forgot to ask about Litz, though. For mag wire he had mostly
one-pound rolls but can spool off larger amounts.

From his flyer he also was at Dayton. He's Joe Cassata, KA9CAI,
