I have looked through the old (> 20 years) LOWDOWN magazines, and
traditionally everyone shut down in April/May and cleaned things up. Then
the Summer was spent getting connections cleaned, re-building antenna and
rigs and preparing for the Oct/November beginning.
So unless you had had a vertical running at the same time I  am not too sure
whether we would have had this >500 miles pipeline . Maybe that's something
to look at after the Winter.

I am sure you have a 2N2222/2N2905 amkplifier, but what are those liquid
nitrogen tanks in the garage being used for ?
