[Lowfer] WC2XSR/13 Web Page Update for 7/28

I've updated my SHMRG web pages again.

The latest station log entries are online, and there are several new
pages.  One of them shows what happens when a thunderstorm passes over
the antenna (Zap!), another is about the latest insulator flameout
(today's!) and pictures of the previous burnout, and finally there's a
page on the feed system changes I did today to stabilize the antenna and
hopefully(!) stop the insulator burnups.

You can see them all at http://home.att.net/~shmrg, just hit the Refresh
button on your browser to load the new index page and you'll see the new
entries.  They're scattered in the list, but they carry yesterdays and
today's date, so they're easy to spot.

The page on my transmitter is still in the works.  Both the page and the
rig are works in progress.  It's kinda' tough to say "It's finished!"
and button them up.
