[Lowfer] Hifer Magnetic field at 13.55Mhz with a dipole ?

Hi

At 13.55 Mhz, what can be the needed power to produce a magnetic field
of 42dBuA/m at a distance of 10 meter with a dipole.
I know this is far field and i have no software to help me on that.
At the same time, what can be use to compute the needed power for a
dipole, and a ground plane ?

Any help will be welcome.
