[Lowfer] WOLF working on Linux

Hello, all.

After a pointed battle with the WOLF code, I have it
working on Linux.  It gets the same results as the
DOS version on some samples that were sent to me by
Lloyd.  I can reporduce his results, so I know it's
behaving properly.  I only worry about that as I've
promoted a few things to doubles as I wanted to make
sure that it didn't perform worse. :)

Now that I have something to run regression with, I
can start to make more severe changes.  I'll keep 
everyone updated as things happen. 

I'd like to thank Lloyd for the sample data and his
analysis runs on it.  They were invaluable in ensuring
that I had this working.
