[Lowfer] WC2XSR / 13 is now On The Air!

Part 5 Experimental Radio Station WC2XSR / 13 went on the air this
evening at 2150 CDT for antenna and equipment tests.

Things look very good so far, and all readings immediately fell in line
with my calculated figures.  Unless there are any serious problems, I'll
leave the station on the air through tomorrow evening, at least.

WC2XSR / 13 is running a Morse Code ID loop which says "eeeeeeeeee vvv
vvv  de wc2xsr / 13  de wc2xsr / 13  qsl via w5jgv " It then goes
key-down for 30 seconds for signal strength and fade measurements, then
the loop starts over again.

Transmitter output power is 400 watts.  The signal is CW only, no MCW as
yet.
