[Lowfer] Hifer signals in the UK

Dear Lowfers,

Since I had set up a 14MHz dipole to work SA6Q yesterday, I thought I would
have a look around 13.5555MHz again. Band conditions seemed very poor, with
few of the 14.1MHz IBP beacons audible and a lot of noise, but all the same
I caught a couple of recognizable Hifer signals around 0000utc - the
waterfall display shows the triangle wave (NC I believe?), and (several
minutes later) GA appears quite clearly. There is at least one other signal
in there too, but the noise level was too high for it to be readable. I
have some screen shots from Spectrum Lab; I see this reflector won't accept
attachments, but I will e-mail the files individually to those who would
like them.

Cheers, Jim Moritz
