[Lowfer] Ground Loop Isolator

I followed the given link for DSP software and found another link to a
sound card interface product from Tigertronics, a Ground Loop Isolator
product.

Owing to a recent topic of ground loops here, I thought some might want
a look-see. It has other features that I think may be useful in Packet,
but not sure. It also allows aux. speaker output for monitoring when the
sound output is going to the sound card.. Priced about 50 bucks.

There are still a couple of analyzer/DSP programs listed that will run
under
Win3.1 or even DOS, but I'm not sure how well they will work for very
slow
QRSS.
