Oliver Welp maintains a very comprehensive list of sound card software at http://www.muenster.de/~welp/sb.htm There are still a couple of analyzer/DSP programs listed that will run under Win3.1 or even DOS, but I'm not sure how well they will work for very slow QRSS.
