[Lowfer] Band Conditions

Running a capture file on 185.300khz at QRSS30 mode, looking for WA,LL, and new
beacon VLF tonight. Unfortunately, static levels from the approaching front are
high here in the mid-South so I'm not too hopeful for DX.

Beacon LIP reported that he added ground radials today and noted an
improvement in his signal on his portable receiver. No sign of him yet
tonight, but I will run capture files looking for his groundwave signal 
tomorrow.
